• What $GALEON is: the token of Galeon, which develops an Electronic Health Record (EHR) used in hospitals. It exists on BNB Chain (BEP-20) and Ethereum (ERC-20).
• What it is for: voting for the nonprofit research funded by the DAO, funding medical research, unlocking features in Galeon's healthcare applications, and operating Blockchain Swarm Learning®, the decentralized AI training between hospitals that Galeon is building (the $GALEON token).
• Buyback & Burn: with each deployment in a new hospital, part of the services is used to buy $GALEON on the market and burn it, which reduces the number of tokens in circulation (details).
• Where it stands: during the MiCA transition, card purchases, new stakes and the Atlantis shop are suspended. Staked $GALEON can be withdrawn at any time, without penalty. $GALEON can be swapped on PancakeSwap, a decentralized exchange in which Galeon takes no part.
